Manage orders

dESCRIPTION

Manage delivery and pickup orders by updating fulfillment status, marking payments, and adding tracking information.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Choose your project from the homepage (if you have multiple projects).
  2. In the dashboard navigation, click Business.
  3. Under Business, select Orders.
  4. Go to the order you want to update and click the Edit icon on the right.

For Delivery Orders:
  1. Under the Fulfillment section (right column), select Processing under 'Order Status'.
  2. If the customer has paid, check 'Mark as Paid'.
  3. Once Processing is selected, the Tracking Info section will appear.
  4. Fill in the tracking number and select the courier.
  5. (Only “Processing” status allows tracking number and courier details to be added.)
  6. Click Save to update the order.

For Pickup Orders:
  1. Under Order Status, select Ready for Pickup.
  2. Click Save to update.
