View a real-time overview of your customer support performance, including ticket stats, response times, activity history, and ticket sources.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Choose your project from the homepage (if you have multiple projects).
  2. In the dashboard navigation, click AI Studio, then select the Customer Experience card.
  3. In the left panel under CX, click Dashboard to view key metrics:
    - New Tickets
    - Unresolved Tickets
    - Resolved Tickets
    - Average First Response Time
  4. You’ll also find:
    - Tickets by Source (e.g. chatbot, manual input)
    - Recent Activity (track changes and actions)
