Add a New Customer (manual tagging)

dESCRIPTION

Manually add customer profiles and link them to tickets, or review customers automatically tagged through chatbot or form submissions.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Go to CX > Customers.
  2. Click the + icon button at the top right.
  3. Fill in the customer’s details:
    - Customer info
    - Ticket ID
    - Date created
    - Subject
    - Question
    - Asignee
    - Status
  4. Click Save.

User Tagging:
When a ticket is submitted through the chatbot or form, the system automatically tags the customer to the ticket.
Admins can also manually tag themselves to a customer
