Design and build a new form using the Form Builder, adding fields, questions, and settings tailored to your data collection needs.
STEP BY STEP
Choose your project from the homepage (if you have multiple projects).
Click on AI Studio in the dashboard navigation.
Select the Form Builder card.
You’ll see a default form titled “Contact Us.”
To Create a New Form:
Click the + icon at the top-right corner.
A chat window with the AI chatbot will appear.
It will ask what type of form you want to create (e.g., Contact, Feedback, or any custom form).
You can click on their options or write the type of form you want.
The AI will suggest a list of form fields based on your choice.
You can accept the list or reply with your own field preferences.
Once finalized, your form will be created.
Click View Form to see a preview.
You can click through the form to edit.
On the right panel, there is a list of form elements you can add on into your form.
You can click to add, and edit.
Once satisfied, click Publish at the bottom-right.
After publishing, a pop-up will appear with: - A shareable link to the form - Options to embed the form on your website - An option to connect it to your AI Assistant
