Manage your content sources by updating details, refreshing content, controlling visibility, or removing sources when no longer needed.

STEP BY STEP

Steps: Manage a Source

  1. Choose your project from the homepage (if you have multiple projects).
  2. In the dashboard navigation, click Content.
  3. Under AI Extract, select Sources.
  4. Click the three dots (•••) on the source you want to manage.

You’ll see the following options:
  • Edit – Update the source name, description, thumbnail, and settings.
  • Recrawl – Fetch the latest content from the source URL.
  • View Source – Open the source link in a new tab.
  • Remove – Permanently delete the source.

Source Settings (Checkboxes Explained)
Inside Edit, you can control how the source is used by toggling these options:

  • Is Hidden – Hides the source from visible listings.
  • Exclude from Chat – Prevents the source from being used by the AI Assistant.
  • Exclude from Search – Excludes the source from Smart Search results.
  • Exclude from Summarizer – Prevents the source from being used by Content Summariser.
  • Exclude from Citation – Stops the source from appearing as a citation in AI responses.

Click Update to save any changes.
