AI Assistant Report Understand how your AI Assistant is performing at a glance, with data-driven insights to help you optimize user support and engagement.
Where to find it:
Choose your project from the homepage (if you have multiple projects).
Click on Reports in the dashboard navigation.
What’s inside:
Total Sessions: Number of interactions users had with your AI Assistant.
Popular Topics: The most frequently asked or triggered questions.
Sentiment Analysis: Gauge how users feel during interactions — positive, neutral, or negative.
Unanswered Queries: Questions your assistant couldn't answer.
Click-Through Rate: Tracks how often users click links suggested by the assistant.
Visitor Chat Rate: Percentage of website visitors who engaged with the AI Assistant.
Form Conversion Rate: Measures how many users completed a form after interacting with the assistant.
Filter reports by month or choose custom date ranges to view specific time periods.
Conversation Log Dive deeper into actual user conversations to spot gaps, retrain answers, or identify trends in what users are really asking.

Scroll down to the Sentiment Analysis section in the AI Assistant dashboard.
Click the “View Conversation Log” button, this will bring you to the Conversation Logs dashboard.

A complete list of all past AI Assistant conversations.
Search tool (top right): Enter a Session ID to find a specific conversation.
Export tool (top right): Download conversation logs for analysis or backup.
Filter conversations by month or custom date ranges.
