Creating a Smart Object (PART 3/4 Create UI Sub Category)

STEP 1

Choose and select your smart object.

STEP 2

Click on [+] to add new sub category.

Fill in the name of the sub category, sort order number and select a category it belongs to.

Sample UI

There are only 2 main category for smart object, General and Properties.

Content, Links, are normally placed under General category to make it easier for users to update the contents. As for Design setting colors, borders are placed under Properties Category.
