To create an experience tailored to Dhiraagu’s customers, XTOPIA conducted extensive research on telco industry trends and best practices. The findings were used to develop user personas and customer journey maps, guiding the digital strategy.

Optimized Information Architecture

XTOPIA undertook a strategic restructuring of the website’s navigation to significantly enhance user accessibility and ease of use. Well-defined menu categories—Personal, Business, About Us, and MyAccount—were introduced to create a more intuitive browsing experience. The content structure was streamlined, limiting key sections to 3-6 subsections, ensuring users could quickly locate relevant information. A logical and hierarchical content architecture was implemented, facilitating effortless information retrieval and a seamless journey across the website.
